What is GOST R 50571

A series of Russian national standards — direct adoption of IEC 60364: GOST R 50571.4.41 = IEC 60364-4-41, etc. Used for design, installation and verification alongside PUE.

Structure

50571.1 general; 4.41 shock protection (30 mA RCD); 4.43 overcurrent; 5.52 wiring; 5.53 switchgear; 5.54 earthing; 6 verification; 7.701 bathrooms; 7.710 medical.

Key requirements

30 mA RCDs, 0.4 s TN disconnection, 4% voltage drop, RA×Ia ≤ 50 V (TT), bathroom zones 0–3, 1 MΩ insulation checks.
