8.7.1 Flat load

Load includes lighting, sockets, small appliances with development reserve; power factor 0.9.

8.7.2 Electrical safety

1. RCDs: TN — wall AC socket circuits may omit RCD; TT — all socket circuits must have RCD;
2. Copper wiring only; minimum intake sections;
3. Separate circuits by group (lighting/sockets/kitchen/bathroom);
4. Main bonding in the building; local bonding in bathrooms (pipes, bath, heating, rebar, socket PE) — junction box even with plastic pipes;
5. Fire RCD ≤ 500 mA at the intake or distribution branches; alarm to the fire post for large sites;
6. Automatic disconnection per GB/T 16895.

8.7.3 Flat intake breaker

Main breaker at each flat intake with overcurrent protection.

8.7.4 Child-safe sockets

Sockets at 1.8 m and below must be shutter-protected (child-safe).

8.7.5–8.7.6 Lighting and sockets

Energy-efficient common lighting with automatic control; minimum socket quantities per flat.
